I noticed someone on Fedora planet posted a link to “PHP for Absolute Beginners”.
Whether or not linking the full context of the book was actually legal, I should say that without even reading the text, I have two better links for you.

No, I preferred the link on PHP!

While I’m at it, I’ll mention another, much thicker book that I’ve just cracked. It seems to have a good reputation.
“Think Python – How to Think Like a Computer Scientist” http://www.greenteapress.com/thinkpython/thinkpython.html
I don’t know PHP, but what’s wrong with it? Aside from the fact that a lot of people who use it are beginners and it’s most often used for outputting HTML – is there something wrong with the language itself?
The question really, is what is possibly right with it
Keep not knowing. It can only make you want to hurt things.
