For now good reason other than me feeling like it, what’s filling up my iTunes:
John Mayall & The Bluesbreakers, Cream, Derek & the Dominoes, Blind Faith, and Clapton Solo — 19 hours
Gov’t Mule — 15.5 hours (including live stuff)
Robert Randolph & The Family Band — 13.8 hours (thank you archive.org)
Led Zeppelin — 9 hours
Van Halen — 7 hours
The Allman Brothers Band — 5 hours
Lots of other stuff comes in around 3-4.
(Note: all legal of course, I’m not impressed by someone’s ability to run bittorent in OCD-fashion and not pay people. The record industry employes people that get actual mortal wages too, you know, and they need to eat just like I do.)
A lot of favorites don’t register here. I mean, the Band’s “The Last Waltz” is probably up on that list of favorites right at the very top, but I don’t have a huge collection from them or anything like that. Actually, now that I think about it, that pads Clapton’s stats some too. Darn it
