(A) This morning I noticed one of the eBooks I bought for the Kindle Last Night was free. It turns out that quite a bit of free content is available, including the first books of various serieseses [sic] from Del Ray — link. You can also sort certain Amazon categories from low to high to see the other free stuff. In other news, if you have an iPhone, download the Kindle reader program — the program is itself free and does not require a Kindle and will let you download Kindle books (free or otherwise) that you have purchased from Amazon — though I do really like my actual Kindle, you can’t beat free and the iPhone’s screen is really quite sufficient (though I imagine much more of a battery hog than the Kindle). Don’t say I never gave you anything.
(B) The Apple Cinnamon Popsicles from LocoPops may be better than Old Time’s AppleStix. Damn. I don’t really think anything involving Apples and Cinnamon can go wrong ever. Apparently not on the everyday flavor list though but it should be.
